Payment Terms and Billing

Course Fees

All course fees are clearly displayed before enrollment. Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. Payment is required in full before course access is granted.

Subscription Services

Subscription-based services are billed on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees until you cancel your subscription.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 30 days of course purchase if you have completed less than 25% of the course content. Live critique sessions and downloadable assets are non-refundable once accessed.

User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You will not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services or other users' experience.

Content Submission

When participating in live critiques or submitting artwork for review, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use your submissions for educational purposes within our platform.

You may not share account credentials, distribute course materials outside the platform, engage in harassment during live sessions, or attempt to circumvent our security measures.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

All course materials, including videos, tutorials, brushes, templates, and other content, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of artwork you create using our courses. However, you grant us permission to use your work for promotional and educational purposes with proper attribution.

Trademark Usage

PalettePath Studio and related marks are our trademarks. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent, except as necessary to identify our services.

Live Critique Sessions

Session Guidelines

Live critique sessions are educational forums requiring respectful participation. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from sessions and potential account suspension.

Recording and Privacy

Sessions may be recorded for educational purposes. By participating, you consent to recording and potential use of your participation in future educational content.

Professional Feedback

Critique feedback is provided for educational purposes only. While our instructors are experienced professionals, feedback should not be considered as professional consultation for commercial projects.

Platform Availability and Maintenance

Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected downtime may occur.

Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring your device and internet connection meet the technical requirements for accessing our courses and participating in live sessions.
